My CartClick Order Hasn't Arrived — What to Do

Before you contact us, try these steps
Most delayed orders are resolved with one of these quick checks:

Check your tracking link. You received a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Click it to see where your package is right now. Sometimes packages sit in transit for a few days before the next scan — this is normal, especially for international shipments.

Check your spam or junk folder. Shipping confirmation emails occasionally get filtered. Search your email for "CartClick" or "order confirmation" to make sure you haven't missed it.

Check your delivery location. Look around your front door, side entrances, mailbox, and any package lockers. Carriers sometimes leave packages in spots that aren't immediately obvious.

Ask your neighbors. Packages occasionally get delivered to a nearby address by mistake. A quick check with neighbors often solves the mystery.
When to contact us
If you've tried the steps above and your order still hasn't arrived, reach out to us if:

Domestic (US) orders: More than 2 weeks since your order date with no delivery or tracking updates.

International orders: More than 4 weeks since your order date. International shipping involves customs processing, which can add time.

Tracking says "delivered" but you don't have it: Contact us right away. This is our top priority to resolve.

We send a replacement or full refund. If the package is confirmed lost or stuck in limbo, you choose: a new shipment or your money back. No hoops to jump through.
We don't make you wait 30 days to file a claim. Some companies make you wait a month before they'll even look into a missing package. That's not how we operate. If the timelines above have passed and your order isn't there, we act immediately.
What you'll need when you contact us
To help us find your order quickly, include:
- Your order number (from your confirmation email)
- Your shipping address (so we can verify it matches what's on file)
- A brief description of what happened — no tracking updates, tracking says delivered but missing, etc.
