How to Check Your CartClick Order Status

Everything you need to know about finding your tracking number, understanding delivery statuses, and what to do if something looks off.

Where to Find Your Tracking Number

After your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email to the address you used at checkout. This email contains your tracking number and a link to track your package directly.

If you don't see the email, check your spam or promotions folder. Still can't find it? Email us at info@cartclick.co with your order number and we'll send it right over.

Tip: Have your order number ready when you contact us. It's the fastest way for our team to pull up your shipment details.

How to Use Your Tracking Number

Your tracking link goes to the carrier's website where you can see real-time updates on your package location. Simply click the link in your shipping confirmation email, or copy the tracking number and paste it into the carrier's tracking page.

Understanding Tracking Statuses

Here's what each status means as your package makes its way to you:

Status What It Means
Label Created A shipping label has been generated. The carrier hasn't picked up the package yet. This is normal and can last 24–48 hours.
In Transit Your package is on its way and moving through the carrier's network. It may pass through several facilities before reaching you.
Out for Delivery Great news — your package is on the delivery vehicle and should arrive today.
Delivered The carrier has confirmed delivery. Check your porch, mailbox, or any safe spots around your home.
In Customs For international orders, your package is being processed by customs in the destination country. This can take a few days depending on the country.

Tracking Not Updating Yet?

It's completely normal for tracking information to take 24 to 48 hours to activate after you receive your shipping confirmation. During this window, you may see "Label Created" or no movement at all. Give it a couple of days before worrying.

This is normal. Carriers often batch-scan packages, so your tracking may not show movement until the package reaches the first major sorting facility.

What to Do If Tracking Is Stuck

Sometimes packages don't update as often as we'd like. Here's when to take action:

In either case, email us at info@cartclick.co with your order number and tracking number. We'll investigate with the carrier and get back to you within 24 hours.

International customers: Customs processing can sometimes cause tracking gaps. If your package shows "In Customs," it may take several extra days to clear. This is handled by the destination country and is outside our control, but we're happy to help you follow up.

Package Shows Delivered but You Don't Have It?

First, check with neighbors, building managers, or anyone who might have accepted the package on your behalf. Carriers sometimes mark a package as delivered a few hours early, so give it until end of day.
