How to Get a Refund from CartClick

If something isn't right with your order, you deserve your money back without a runaround. Here's exactly how our refund process works — step by step, no fine print.

The refund process in 3 steps

  1. Email us at info@cartclick.co. Include your order number and a brief description of what happened. That's all we need to get started. You don't need to fill out forms or jump through hoops.
  2. We reply within 24 hours. A real person on our support team reviews your request and confirms the refund. We don't use bots or auto-responders for refund requests — every case is handled individually.
  3. Refund processed in 3–5 business days. Once we confirm, the refund is issued from our end within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take an additional 2–3 business days to post it to your account.

No restocking fees. Ever. We don't deduct fees from your refund. You get the full amount back.

What you'll need

To process your refund as fast as possible, include these two things in your email:

  1. Your order number — you can find this in your original confirmation email.
  2. What happened — a sentence or two is enough. "Item arrived damaged," "not what I expected," or "changed my mind" all work fine.

Prefer a replacement instead?

A refund isn't your only option. If you'd rather have the item replaced or exchanged for something else, just let us know in your email. We're happy to send a new one at no extra cost.

Some customers prefer a replacement for damaged items or a different variant of the same product. Whatever works best for you — we'll make it happen.

What if my refund doesn't show up?

If more than 10 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you still don't see it in your account, email us again. Sometimes bank processing takes longer than expected, and we can provide a transaction reference number to help your bank locate the credit.
