Every CartClick order goes through two stages: processing (where we prepare and pack your items) and shipping (where the carrier delivers it to you). Both stages are reflected in your tracking information.
Every order ships free. There are no shipping fees, no minimum order amounts, and no hidden charges at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.
What to Expect: Step by Step
Order Placed
You'll receive an order confirmation email right away with your order number.
Processing (a few business days)
We verify, pack, and prepare your order for shipment. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once it's on its way.
In Transit
Your package is moving through the carrier network. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.
Delivered
Your package arrives at your doorstep. You'll typically get a delivery confirmation from the carrier.

Most US orders arrive within 1 to 2 weeks after shipping. Delivery times can vary depending on your location and the carrier's current volume.
International
We ship to dozens of countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and are influenced by factors like distance, local postal systems, and customs processing. Some countries are faster than others, but most international orders arrive within a few weeks.
Customs and duties: International packages may be subject to customs inspection, which can add extra time. In some cases, your country may charge import duties or taxes. These are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking Your Order

What to Do If Your Order Is Delayed

- International orders: If tracking hasn't moved in over two weeks, contact us and we'll look into it.
